Grilled Chicken Kalasan

ingredients:
1. 1 whole chicken, cut not to break up, clean
2. 3 bay leaves
3. 2 cm galangal, crushed
4. 2 stalks lemon grass crushed
5. 50 grams of brown sugar, comb
6. 500 cc of coconut water
7. 250 cc of coconut water
8. Raw fresh vegetables to taste


Subtle seasoning:
1. 7 spring onions
2. 5 cloves garlic
3. 5 grains hazelnut
4. 1 tablespoon coriander
5. ½ teaspoon cumin
6. salt to taste

Sambal Lemons:
1. 6 red chilies
2. ½ teaspoon shrimp paste
3. 2 oranges limes
4. ½ teaspoon brown sugar
5. salt to taste


How to Grill Chicken Recipe worried about Kalasan (Central Java):
