Crispy Fried shrimp

ingredients:
500 g of medium-size shrimp pancet
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 egg white, beaten until frothy
cooking oil

Stir well:
100 g of rice flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1 tsp red chili powder
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 / 2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:
# Remove the shrimp heads, wash clean. Drain.
# Sprinkle lemon juice, let stand for 30 minutes, drain.
# Toss shrimp with egg white until blended.
# Roll in flour mixture until blended.
# Fry in hot oil over medium heat until golden and dry. Remove from heat.
# Drain. Serve warm with sauce bottled.
