buttercream or jam to taste to taste

Prepare a baking sheet sizes 24x24x4 cm or 26x26x4 baking pan can also cm
Rub the pan with margarine and baking paper
Prepare a large towel to roll cake (yes clean napkin ... hehehehe)

Beat sugar, eggs and emulsifier until fluffy and thick
Turn off the mixer, put flour, cocoa powder gradually and alternately with liquid margarine.
Stir well. Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or 20 minutes.
Perform prick tests, if the cake is cooked, turn off the heat and light a fire under the top, bake for 2 minutes
or until the surface of the dry cake (not too dry, because it may break when rolled)
Remove from oven.
Spread a large towel, turning the pan onto a napkin.

Let stand until cake roll is really cool, open the rolls and spread with buttercream or
butter to taste. Roll again and compacted
Cut cake into pieces. Rolls ready to eat.
